Refund Policy

At Gold Bar Lemonade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and other applicable legislation.

Refund & Return Policy

 

1. Conditions for Return or Exchange of Goods of Proper Quality
 

You have the right to exchange or return a non-food product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the day following your purchase (the date of receiving the goods from the carrier), provided the following conditions are met:

  • No Usage: The product has not been used and shows no signs of operation (e.g., scratches, scuffs, dirt, marks, damage from hanging or display).

  • Preservation of Presentation: The original presentation, consumer properties, and aesthetic appearance of the art piece are fully preserved.

  • Intact Seals/Labels: All seals, labels, tags, protective films, and factory markings (if any) are intact and have not been removed.

  • Original Packaging: The original individual (factory) packaging and all its components (e.g., protective inserts, frames if included) are integral, undamaged, and preserved.

  • Complete Set: All parts and accessories included with the art piece are present.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original payment document (receipt, sales slip, or other proof of payment) issued to you at the time of purchase.

2. Procedure for Return or Exchange of Goods of Proper Quality
 

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 14-day period, please notify us of your intention to return or exchange the item by contacting our customer support at:

    • Please provide your order number, the name of the art piece you wish to return/exchange, and the reason (though not legally required for proper quality goods, it helps us improve).

  2. Return Shipment: After confirming your return request with us, you will need to ship the item back to us via Nova Poshta.

    • Return Address: Nova Poshta №1 Stusa St, 17, Solonka, L'vivs'ka oblast, 81131 Ukraine, Attention: Gold Bar Lemonade +380 98 867 3792

    • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping for goods of proper quality is borne by the customer.

    • Packaging: Please ensure the art piece is securely packed in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit. Gold Bar Lemonade is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

  3. Inspection: Gold Bar Lemonade will inspect returned items upon receipt to verify they meet all listed return/exchange conditions. A determination regarding the return or exchange will be made promptly following this inspection.
     

3. Refund Procedure (for Goods of Proper Quality)

If the returned item meets all the conditions:

  • Refund Amount: The money paid for the art piece will be refunded to you in the amount of its value at the time of purchase.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (e.g., back to your bank card if paid via online transfer). If paid in cash (e.g., pickup), the refund will be transferred to a bank card details you provide.

  • Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 7 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions.
     

4. Return or Exchange of Goods of Inadequate Quality (Defective or Damaged Items)
 

If you receive an art piece with a manufacturing defect, damage that occurred during delivery (and was documented according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy), or if the item does not correspond to your order:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the defective or incorrect item at goldbarlemonade@gmail.com or +380 98 867 3792. Provide your order number, a description of the defect/discrepancy, and photographic evidence.

  2. Assessment: We will assess the issue. We may request the item to be returned for detailed inspection.

  3. Your Rights (as per Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"): In case of a confirmed defect or non-conformity, you have the right to demand:

    • A proportional reduction of the price.

    • Free elimination of defects in the goods within a reasonable time.

    • Reimbursement of expenses for the elimination of defects.

    • Exchange for a similar product of proper quality.

    • Return of the goods and full refund of the money paid.

  4. Shipping Costs for Defective Items: In cases of confirmed defects or errors on Gold Bar Lemonade's part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent reshipping for the replacement item.

  5. Refund Timeline (Defective Items): Refunds for defective items will be processed within the legally stipulated timeframe (typically up to 7 days after the item's return and confirmation of defect, or a longer period if an expert examination is required).
     

5. Items Not Subject to Return/Exchange (Proper Quality)

In accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, some goods of proper quality are generally not subject to exchange or return. While original art pieces are usually returnable, please be aware that custom-commissioned works made to your individual order specifications, if of proper quality, may fall under non-returnable categories.
