Shipping Policy

At Gold Bar Lemonade, we are dedicated to ensuring your cherished art pieces are delivered safely and efficiently across Ukraine. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how your orders will be processed and delivered.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver art pieces to all regions within Ukraine, utilizing reliable shipping services.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

  • Our primary shipping partner is Nova Poshta (Нова Пошта). Delivery services include shipping to Nova Poshta branches/parcel lockers or courier delivery directly to your address.

 

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding Ukrainian public holidays) after successful payment confirmation. For out-of-stock or custom orders, please allow up to 1 week for processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EEST on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times (Nova Poshta)

  • Delivery times vary based on your location:

    • To Regional Cities: Typically 1 business day after dispatch.

    • To District Cities and Other Regions: Up to 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions, national holidays, carrier operational issues, or security situations). We will do our best to inform you of any significant delays.

5. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of delivery services is paid by the recipient or the customer of the goods upon receipt of the order.

  • For orders choosing "Payment upon receipt" (Cash on Delivery/COD), an additional commission is applied by Nova Poshta for the return transfer of funds. This commission is typically 2% of the order amount + 20 UAH and is paid by the recipient.

  • The exact shipping cost (excluding the COD commission) will be calculated by Nova Poshta based on the weight, dimensions, and declared value of your order, and displayed at checkout or provided by the carrier upon delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched via Nova Poshta, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (TTN) and a link to the Nova Poshta website, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

7. Receipt of Delivery & Integrity Check

  • It is mandatory and crucial to check your order for integrity and completeness directly at the Nova Poshta branch/parcel locker upon receipt. All parcels are insured at their full value, and Nova Poshta is responsible for transporting them in good condition.

  • In case of Damage or Discrepancy: If you discover any damage to the packaging or art piece, or if the order is incomplete:

    • Do not accept the parcel.

    • Immediately inform the Nova Poshta employee and fill out a damage/claim report (Акт прийому-передачі / Акт про пошкодження).

    • Contact Gold Bar Lemonade customer support within 48 hours at goldbarlemonade@gmail.com or +380 98 867 3792, providing details and copies of any reports or photos.

    • Gold Bar Lemonade will not be responsible for damaged or missing items if the order was accepted from the carrier without proper documentation of the issue.

8. Order Storage at Nova Poshta Branch

  • Your order will be stored at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 calendar days. After this period, if the order is not claimed, it will be automatically returned to Gold Bar Lemonade.

  • If an order is returned due to non-pickup, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any subsequent reshipping fees.

9. Pickup (Self-Collection)

  • If you prefer to pick up your order directly, you can use our pickup service at: Solonka village, st. Stryiska 3b.

  • Please agree in advance on the date and time of your pickup by sending us an email at goldbarlemonade@gmail.com to ensure your order is ready.
